Hamptons Luxury Homes enjoys a competitive edge in the industry
in that it minimizes the use of outside subcontractors and operates
its own wholesale lumber company. As a result, the company has
ultimate control over the quality of its work and the ability
to construct Custom Estate Homes in less than a twelve-month
period or in substantially less time than its competitors.
In addition to the aforementioned, HLXH presently owns a
dealership for panelized homes from The Barden and Robeson
Corporation,
headquartered in Tully, New York. This relationship allows
Hamptons Luxury Homes to participate in a market that provides
homes for
working class families within the companies marketing area.
