an industry leading reputation for construction of luxury homes

of historic homes. Hamptons Luxury Homes utilizes the industry’s
most innovative and technologically advanced methods and materials
to create the ultimate in quality and aesthetic appeal. Its management

and has successfully completed in excess of 500 projects.
HLXH serves as the holding company for six subsidiary operating
companies that include the following:
East Coast Properties – owner of the
property of houses built for sale.
Telemark Inc. – provides General Contracting and
Project Management for construction activities for HLXH,
provides
administration requirements for all related subsidiaries.
Telemark Service & Maintenance – responsible

Venture responsible for all custom cabinetry, casework,
and architectural
millwork.
Bridgehampton Lumber — a wholesale distributor that
provides materials for HLXH and the dealer for Barden Homes
panelized packages.
DWD Construction Services. — provides construction,
business and financial consulting services to owners and
developers. |
Hamptons Luxury Homes enjoys a competitive edge in the industry
in that it minimizes the use of outside subcontractors and operates
its own wholesale lumber company. As a result, the company has
ultimate control over the quality of its work and the ability
to construct Custom Estate Homes in less than a twelve-month
period or in substantially less time than its competitors.
In addition to the aforementioned, HLXH presently owns a dealership
for panelized homes from The Barden and Robeson Corporation,
headquartered in Tully, New York. This relationship allows Hamptons
Luxury Homes to participate in a market that provides homes for
working class families within the companies marketing area. |
